We provide a range of operational services in areas such as gardening, hallways, car parks, lifts, communal areas, and the surroundings of the buildings. A major part of block management is ensuring that the clients gain value from our services, and the properties involved are maintained in impeccable order.
As part of our routine operations, we perform regular on-site visits and inspections, communicate regularly with the directors and owner occupiers on general upkeep and maintenance, liaise directly with our contractors to have any issues resolved, on a timely basis, and ensure that the security and safety of the development is maintained to the highest level.
We also provide an extensive range of financial and administration services. We pride ourselves on maintaining accurate and transparent financial records. We manage (with the help of the Directors) the setting and collection of service charge fees which property owners pay for services, provided by their development. In order to manage the properties effectively, the fee should incorporate the cost of managing and maintaining the properties. We ensure the timely collection of these service charge fees, through our dedicated rent collection team. At each month end, and at each AGM, Carlow Property will provide a full package of financial information and statements. This encompasses all banking data/transactions, income/ expenditure, debtors/creditors, and budgetary requirements. At each AGM, Carlow Property will chair the meeting and provide minutes of same.
