Our latest properties are listed on all major property search websites and our own website. We are committed to helping you find your ideal home and have your best interests in mind. For properties which are newly advertised, submit your enquiry through Daft.ie, email your references (previous landlord, employer or character), be ready to view straight away, and act quickly, if you are interested. These properties are in high demand and are often let within days of first being advertised.
When you make an offer on a rental property it will be put forward to the landlord, accompanied by your applicable references. If all references are deemed satisfactory, and if your offer is accepted, you will need to provide:
- A holding deposit (by account transfer or debit card);
- Photo ID (driving licence, passport); and
- A completed and signed tenancy application form (provided to you by us).
Before you can collect your keys and move in, you must have:
- Signed the tenancy agreement (signed by all tenants and witnessed by us);
- Signed a deed of guarantee, signed by the guarantor (if applicable); and have
- paid the initial monies. The initial monies include: the first month’s rent and the security deposit.
Throughout your tenancy, our dedicated property management team are here to help. We have a dedicated portal, on our website, where all maintenance requests can be submitted (unless in the case of emergency). Our team will be notified immediately of your request, and will arrange for someone to visit your property as quickly as possible.
